Used it on high traffic areas and it did the job. There were some spots I went over a second time following the directions. Then I made a stronger solution for the second reservoir fill-up, which the directions also suggested. The stronger solution worked better on the remaining high traffic areas.

I haven't cleaned my carpets in a long time due to loosing my last cleaner in a flood we had. This cleaning solution made my carpets look new again. It removed stains that I had used numerous other cleaners on that didn't work.

When the product arrived it had leaked out of the container. I did not open the package in which it arrived out of concern that there could be suspicions that I had used a portion of the product. The instructions for returning the product were confusing and it took a while to do the return. It was picked up and I did get a credit for the purchase. I never did find out what caused the leakage. The rating of the product is invalid because I never actually used it. This review could not be submitted without a rating, so I just chose one.
