 Easy to use if you have a ladder and a squeegee July 12, 2010

I was very disappointed in this product. It is my fault though, because I didn't read the mice-type at the bottom. It suggests you pre-clean the windows with Windex. Darn!!! I should know better than assume that anything works "as advertised". Now I need to go buy a big bottle of Windex to clean up after their "miracle" Outdoor Windex Outdoor All-in-One product. At least I can use the 4 ft Windex wizard wand with a rag to clean basement windows. Don't waste your money on this product, use a coupon and get it free like I did.
What a mess July 4, 2010

My husband is the king of window cleaners. He uses a special formula and a squeegee to get his windows sparkling clean. So he was intrigued with the new Windex Outdoor All in One product. He used it exactly according to package directions. What a mess. The windows looked fine while still wet, but as they dried they looked very hazy and streaky. AND it took two additional cleanings to get all the hazy gunk off the windows. I'm not sure if the product reacts poorly with the hard water common in our area, or if it's just a poor product overall. But I know we will never buy another package of it. Fool us once, shame on you . . .

I have to believe that the reviewers that rated this product with anything greater than 1 start must work for windex. This product DOES NOT WORK AS AVERTISED. Streaks everywhere. I know my water is not the best but come one, my windows looked better before I used this C***.
DON"T waste your money. If you have alot of windows than get a deionizer to wash your windows.

After purchasing the outdoor-all-in one system, and following the directions meticulously, my windows were left with a film that made them look horrible. We had to rewash by hand. Very dissappointing and significantly added to the time it should have taken. I had hoped this system would be better than the outdoor product in the green bottle which I vowed I would never use again. No such luck, very disappointing. Don't waste your time.

Don't think my windows ever looked so clean--no streaks! And much easier than the old fashioned paper towel way.
