I have been using these ear plugs every night since I started college, and I can say that unless you have freakishly deformed ears, they are the best solution in ear plugs. As long as you change plugs every month or so, you will never have problems with them falling out, or with excessive noise.

I bought this item because of it`s reviews and to be honest no offense anyone the only thing true about these reviews are the softness.
I have been using in ear headphones for years and i`m using medium size adapters and sleep with them whenever needed.The first night that i sleep with these ultimate soft stuffs i had an terrible sore ear at the next morning even though they are better then the cvs walmart kroger stuff they are not as much as effective reviewers are telling.Other then that they are cheap like buy and try yourself but if you are not sure about buying them don`t be fooled by the reviews in here.

I purchased these for a trip to Europe. I had brought ear plugs on another trip, and had been extremely pleased. I always sleep with a fan at night, and the plugs provided "white noise" in place of the hum of my fan.
My dad had given me the last batch, and I thought these were the brand I had used before. Based on all the recommendations, I thought these were the ones or, at least as good as my last supply. These were a huge disappointment! They barely kept out any noise let alone there wasn't one night they ever stayed in my ear/ears the entire night.
I would NEVER order these again, and would suggest to anyone to find another set of ear plugs. These were a waste of money, and also caused me a lot of lost sleep!

I bought these after reading a review of earplugs online. I had been using industrial style Home Depot green earplugs and they worked just okay. I use earplugs because I live in a townhouse and have noisy neighbors on the other side of a shared wall. The noises are commonly thumps and thuds from doors and heavy footsteps and the sound still got through with the old earplugs. The Hearos ear plugs are super comfortable and VERY efficient. Putting them in is a breeze, just roll one between your fingers and slide it in your ear - then put your finger by the end to allow it to expand in the right place. Neighbor noise is eliminated except for the loudest noises, and even those are brought down to a very dull level. I was surprised when after putting them in one night I could not hear my washing machine and dryer running from the room down the hall AT ALL. They seem to last a decently long time, I've been using about a pair a week before they begin to start not working as well.
One thing to be careful about is being able to hear an alarm in the morning. I turned mine up after a morning where I almost overslept because I couldn't hear it at all!
